Helen enjoys reading, baking, being outdoors and tending to her horses.
Helen became a licensed therapist because of her painful childhood where she struggled to manage her emotions. Helen was able to find peace and healing through support of her church and counseling, which lead her to helping others through the same struggles in life. She believes that peace and healing come from Jesus 'our great healer'.
" Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid. "
